I want to start by saying there are four BMW dealerships closer to my home than this one. I was referred here by a family friend. I got in touch with Brian the Assistant GM who informed me that a 750 had just come in off a lease and once it was inspected I could test drive it. went with my brother-in-law to BMW of Sterling for his new car. The associate who helped us knew a lot about the car and was really nice. He took his time to explain everything. The dealership was clean and not very busy, which was nice to see. they had some fantastic cars on the lot.
We had recent interaction with Kamal (sales), Hyam (finance), Wes(service), and Ethan (Encore tech class). On every occasion we felt valued as a customer and were very pleased with the purchase transaction and the vehicle!
