This was my second excellent service experience with BMW of Sarasota. Zachary Aberle, my service advisor was extremely professional and courteous. He kept me informed every step of my car’s service. His communication to me was prompt and very helpful in expediting the completion of the service, payment, and paperwork to ensure that my car and associated paperwork would be ready for pickup upon my arrival to the dealership.
