"I called before making the service department appointment..." I called before making the service department appointment and was given an accurate estimate on the service I inquired about. The service was completed while I waited and was done in less time than estimated. My service advisor was my cashier and she escorted me to my freshly washed and vacuumed car giving a boutique feel to the experience.
