However you miss a star because your finance lady Tammy was VERY rude to Chad in front of us. Then she waved her hand and said put a person with a car genius. When I asked who was a car genius she laughed and said "no one they just keep people busy until I'm free. They supposedly know about the cars but it's just to occupy people while they wait for me." So rude and condescending!!
