Carlos was available at my appt. time so I spent very little time waiting for the car to be taken in. The video inspection (an outstanding benefit) discovered another issue. Carlos set up an appt. for that and researched whether my extended warranty would cover the repair. It does. Carlos my Service Advisor, and the exceptional service I receive, keep ME coming back to BMW of Sarasota.
