The only one to get back to me within minutes was Tim Chestnut of BMW Sarasota. I set up an appointment for the next day and within 2 hours I drive off the lot with my new X7. Tim was super responsive and the financing manager made it super quick and easy. All in all, a very pleasant and efficient experience.

Due to having subscribed to the extended warranty, my advisor, Carlos Munoz, after much research, informed me that most everything needed was covered. This was a great relief to me.
