The sales manager was extremely helpful which led to a successful sale. A minor point,but I have purchased 5 BMW cars, at a different dealership, and my car was delivered with a full tank of gas. When I left BMW of Sarasota, there was less than 1/4 gallon of gas in my car. I'm sure an oversight, but not good for public relations.

Waited for a call all day to let me know that my car needed a part and unless I called around 4 p.m. to follow up I would have not received an update that I did not need to return my loaner that day and was a little frustrated because of planning my day with work, etc.
