I was met, processed and provided a loaner right on schedule, in less than 10 minutes. I was contacted when the issue was resolved, even a little sooner than expected. They fully resolved my issue, returned a clean X3, and were pleasant and polite through the entire day. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
