I don’t understand having to make an appointment if I have to wait for the advisor then wait again to have the loaner car processed. My information is already in the system. First loaner car I was given was filthy inside. Second one was clean. No complaints about the service advisor but overall efficiency needs a lot of improvement. Both visits I was there for 30 minutes. This is unacceptable with an appointment.
