"Maria Lizardi / Service Manager was EXCELLENT!" Maria was professional, attentive, answered my questions, and completed my service without any issues. My one concern was some BMW staff was wearing masks, some wearing them on their chin and some not at all. Consistency would be better and I think customers should be required to do so as well so we can ALL remain safe. Thanks!
