"I have owned approximately seven BMWs in my life...." I have owned approximately seven BMWs in my life. Everyone in the service department is very polite helpful and courteous. However for years I’ve continually had the problem with communications I quite often do not get phone calls returned at all. And on some occasions after a week of phone calls I’d have to drive there to talk to someone. Other than that it is the finest automobile I have ever owned.
