"Carlos is awesome!" I had to bring my car in for a low tire warning. Carlos Is our service advisor and was off that day. The tires were filled and I was sent on my way, had to go back to dealer for another low tire .Carlos took the time to check tires and found a screw. Replaced tire quickly and efficiently. Carlos has never let us down in all the years we have driven BMW.
