"Amazing experience" Bill was amazing to work with, he did a lot of "preliminary" work in advance to not waste time at the dealership, he never put pressure on me. "Excellent delivery process" Tom was terrific on his follow up with us during the ordering and build process. As we got close to our lease end he was able to work with the BMW FS to extend the lease to meet our delivery date on the new car. He also had some very important lease end suggestions that saved us money. Noha was very aware of the costs for additional items like tire/wheel insurance and repair packages. She set us up with was truly needed.
