I highly recommend him as an exceptional sales representative and as a person. He was sincere and honest through the whole process. The Flemington BMW dealership crew including Dana in the service department and Noha in finance were just as pleasant to work with. No need to go anywhere else.

Not only was he very friendly, but his follow-up with me even after I had my vehicle has been much appreciated. While this is my second BMW, it is my first X5, and I know Bill will be there to help if I need anything or have questions. I will definitely return to Bill and Flemington BMW again.

One of the reason I've kept going back is my sales experience with Client Advisor Bill Hinton. Bill is direct and will explain the pros and cons and is very low key. "Traveled to Flemington BMW (about 2.5hrs) since they had..." Traveled to Flemington BMW (about 2.5hrs) since they had the only model in stock for 100+ miles! Definitely worth the trip! The car is impeccable and the whole experience was easy and streamlined. With the car we wanted in mind we prepped a lot of the paperwork items through the week ahead of arriving and were very pleased with how quickly the whole closing process was. A bit of a hike, but completely worth it. Tom Terrill and the team did a great job.
