Had a wonderful experience with the team at Flemington BMW! We had a tire blowout on the way home from dinner, (thank goodness for run flats) Flemington was able to get a tech out the next day to retrieve and replace it. The assigned tech communicated when he’d be there and when he expected to be back. The entire process only took a few hours, I was still able to use my car if needed. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with the level of service. Thank you Diane, Jim, and the rest of the Flemington team!
The folks at Flemington BMW truly care about their customers. We recently purchased a 2021 BMW M550i and the experience was simply pleasurable. Just purchased our first electric car from Flemington BMW and I must say it was a great experience from start to finish. We were not 100% sure about going electric but our salesman Michael O’Conner was very informative and didn’t put any pressure on us to go that direction.
