Great car shopping experience!! Zach was busy at his computer when I approached… he looked up and was very attentive as to what kind of suv I might need or want…I was very impressed with his knowledge of BMW. He was very knowledgeable, and professional with any questions I had.. Great service center I have always received good service here. The service advisors and technicians are helpful, transparent, and quick. Great scheduling feature on the website too- convenient and I’ve never had to wait too long for a service while most other mechanics are booked a week or two out. Also open on Saturdays, which is great as they do not interrupt work schedule.
Truly professional ! Our most recent transaction to renew our lease was very smooth. My wife and I have been dealing with Joe McFadden for almost 20 years and he is the ultimate professional in sales. Joe made the sale so much better and I would highly recommend him to anyone Zeigler. He always follows up to make sure the transition was flawless. Unfortunately ,in these times we live in, professionalism is sorely lacking in many businesses but not with our experience.
