First service appointment My first service appt was very nice. All the staff were friendly and courteous. I really appreciated the shuttle service they offered while car was being serviced. My car was completed in a very timely manner. Great service!
Great experience in purchasing our first car! My husband and I had a great experience working with BMW of Orland Park (BMW of Ziegler). We were in the market to purchase a 2017 or 2018 certified pre-owned BMW X1 and we could not be happier. Our interaction took place with Kerry W. Great staff will be back again for the next car Mark was a great guy to work with and glad we made a deal. The wife loves the car and dealership. Will be back again. No pressure and easy to contact via email. Didn’t try to sell us anything we did not need.

Service is excellent Unfortunately I had a flat tire nearby at 7:45 pm. Fortunately BMW of Orland Park was very accommodating providing a loaner so I could get home. My tire was replaced quickly the next day. Jason in service was terrific.
JT Terry Experience was good people were professional and courteous. Would recommend them to someone looking for a luxury car. I’m enjoying my new car. Looking forward to leasing another one when the time is right
