Alex and the rest of the team were awesome to work with purchasing our new BMW by remote. We couldn’t find the color and options we were looking for locally to us, didn’t want to wait months to order one, and then we found our perfect car there online. Though we were 700+ miles away, Alex helped with every question we had promptly and guided us throughout the process. She even picked me up from the airport when I came to pick the car up. What can I say, when your reputation proceeds and exceeds of excellence, it just genuinely shows. I reside in New Orleans, but the only dealership there (Peake), could not schedule my annual service on my BMW M5 until late April. It’s Feb 2024! This has been nothing short of the best experience of buying a vehicle. Someone pulled out in front of me in my 2007 FJ Cruiser on February 2nd. I went over 2 months without a vehicle of my own, after long searching and bad deals, I found a beautiful 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail teams edition. It was out front of BMW of Mobile, AL. We had an overwhelmingly positive experience with BMW of Mobile. There was a vehicle in their pre-owned inventory that we were interested in so we drove two hours to check it out. Our salesman, Arthur, was most accommodating in assisting in our purchasing the vehicle without being pushy. It was refreshing that he had a remarkable knowledge of the vehicle that wasn't even a BMW.
