I typically dread having to go into a car dealership for a vehicle, knowing it is going to be an unpleasant experience. I encountered some challenges at the dealership, and while I won't single out that specific salesperson, let's refer to him as X. I'd like to share my experience.. The satisfaction of acquiring a car extends beyond the vehicle itself; it's significantly shaped by the salesperson's attitude. Jerome was a great help and support! The financing advisor Po honestly made me want to leave and never look back! His negative attitude and energy frustrated me. This is my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and it went smoothly with Jerome’s help. I’m very happy with my purchase and I am glad that I had Jerome as my advisor.
I see most of the reviews are pretty solid here so I decided to reach out. Through text but rep had asked me about price and I told him my range (which was on the spot estimated) and he told me with no effort wasn't reasonable and to reach back out when have a reasonable price. Funny, went to another BMW dealership not too far and they told me they would work with me on the price (which is what we want to hear and the effort counts) we actually got really close to what I was hoping for.
