Avoid this dealership for servicing your car if possible. I have had problem after problem with this dealership. 1st issue: There was a broken clip holding my bumper on and it took me bringing my car in 3 times for them to fix it properly. When they kept giving the car back to me the clip was still broken. It finally got fixed after I made a call to BMW North America. I truly enjoyed working with this dealership! The facility is spotless, and everyone is very courteous and helpful. I personally worked with Leo and Mark on my deal for a new car, and the experience was phenomenal, moreso than any other time in the past that I purchased a vehicle. I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to work with them because I got into a new ride, got the monthly payment I wanted, and am truly happy with my vehicle. Thanks guy!!! 5 star service started from beginning with Ashley. She did an amazing job answering all our questions. She handed us to Andy in service department and the 5 stars kept coming. We were thankful for them and their awesome service. We highly recommend Gainsville BMW service.
Never have and Never will again be served by a Greater Car Salesperson than Zach @ BMW of Gainesville, he is patient not pushy, we emailed lots before I even stepped foot on the lot and he was always responsive. He is knowledgeable and if he didn't know he found the answer! Even though I was purchasing a used vehicle that wasn't high dollar he treated me with the same respect as if I were. This is a super delayed review, but nonetheless something that had to be told. We traded in our x5 for an x7 (unseen- on its way from the manufacturer), we negotiated a deal and clarified that we are turning in our current vehicle (x5) but the payment had just renewed for the following month, therefore we would be owed a months payment back or credit for this new vehicle.
