David Williams at Classic BMW Collision Center provided the ultimate customer service when I needed a new bumper.. He responded quickly to multiple emails, completed the work ahead of schedule and graciously took care of an unexpected extra issue. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, I will trust David and Classic!

I came into the dealership knowing the exact car I was looking for, I'd seen it listed in the pre-owned section online. I was a walk-in customer and Ray helped me out on the day I test-drove the car as well as when I came back several days later to purchase it. The day I was coming back to buy, it was Ray's day off but he came in anyway to help, and didn't leave until we had everything worked out and I was ready to drive off the lot (almost four hours later).
