"Thank you OpenRoad BMW" Alan was so knowledgeable, kind & attenentive! He answered all of my questions during my visit and responded to each of my emails in a timely fashion. I picked my car up yesterday and though I was running late, Alan took his time explaining the features of my car. I had such a pleasant experience with Alan as my salesperson that I’m certain that he will handle my next purchase as well!
