I've been a BMW owner for the last 12 years and BMW Seattle has always (every single time) met my expectations for service. Yesterday, however, they went above and beyond what I ever would have expected even from a first-class company. Sometime during an interstate drive, I apparently ran over a nail. I noticed my tire warning light halfway over the 520 bridge although fortunately there were no handling issues. Awesome service, quick and easy. Has shuttle to Downtown, free WiFi, or loaner car while being serviced (with reservation). Staffs are professional and friendly (special callout to Ben); the place is clean. Exactly what I would want from a BMW serviceship. 5*, would recommend.
