Got a 328i sedan in 2012 and a Z4 recently. Shelly BMW client advisors are the top professionals in BMWs with wide knowledge in all vehicles! Customer service is hands down the best here! Definitely not ignorant like some dealerships can be. They'll go over your questions and concerns in detail so you understand the picture as a whole, won't rush you into buying, and will respect you of your decision! I'm definitely coming back to Shelly BMW, nowhere else, for all my BMWs.
