During my recent visit to BMW Buena Park service department, Andrew, my service writer, provided exceptional service that greatly exceeded my expectations. Came here for scheduled service and everything moved very smoothly. My Service Advisor, Victoria, was so friendly and checked in with me constantly regarding when my car would be finished as I had to leave by by a certain time. Like the other two BMW service centers I have been to, there was a bit of a line, even at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. Still, I liked that it was just a single line and they kept the line moving. Today was a great day. Let me tell you all why! I found a beautiful pre-owned vehicle in my price range and now I own it! Went on over to Buena Park BMW and was immediately greeted by Sean Jelvani.
