I try to stay positive on Facebook and not write anything negative but I have to do so on this account...Southern California residents do not, I repeat DO NOT, conduct any form of business with Shelly BMW. The laundry list of damage and lack of professional service they have performed on my car has actually forced me to join Yelp and write a negative review to hopefully save a future BMW owner. My BMW is beyond wonderful. When I brought it to Shelly BMW my vehicle was always returned to me damaged in some form.
