"Excellent service at Tomkinson BMW" Benjamin at Tomkinson BMW delivered excellent customer service. I felt like he listened to me and delivered the perfect car for me at an excellent value. He was knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions even after hours on a holiday weekend. He followed up to make sure I was getting all the information I needed, but I never felt pressured. Tomlinson BMW made the sale with me because they have superb cars at a great value with excellent customer service.
"Great Customer Service" It took two test drives and another visit by my wife to make up our minds that the 435i was the right choice for us. All the while Andrew and Robert were totally supportive and accommodating. Andrew even came in on his day off to deliver my car to me.
