On August 21 I had black kidney grilles and CF mirror caps installed on my BMW X3. During the visit my service rep brought me to the back where my car was getting serviced and informed me that the technician stated he had difficulty removing my passenger side mirror cap. I took pics of the mirror that day. 2 weeks later the mirror cap that the technician had difficulty with fell off and broke. I was very disappointed that the sells representative and manager wasn’t able to work with us. I was told that if I didn’t buy it someone else would, not a great attitude to have! I was able to work things out on selling my car third party to get more money and when I messaged the sells representative to let her know, she lied and told me the car had sold. After making a deal yesterday with Bob, a a Buyer’s Order was sent to ETPCU. I made arrangements to pick the car up at 6pm last night. I went to the bank, signed the paperwork, and even called the dealership to let them know funds were available. As I was driving to Tyler to pick up the car, ole Bob decided to take a better offer on the car. He sold it right out from under me. ETPCU completes hundreds of car loans each month. They have never heard of anything like what Bob did. BUYER BEWARE
The salesman called me and my family broke because I said a car was over priced. He said a bunch of things that weren’t professional and he was cussing as well. He then asked me what I do for a living and asked me how much money I am looking to make before the year is up. He then called me a crook because my profit margin was so high and me and my family decided to leave at this time. Terrible service
They cheat. favoritism to some. Talk down to future customers. Know first hand. Liars r paid to say things. Want let you speak to the owner. Always busy, lunch, with someone. Never call back. Hate em. ALL. Don't buy anything from them. It's not a deal believe it.
