Bought my BMW X3 last Friday from Utica BMW. I asked online about the SUV I was interested and went over the next night. Jeffrey Hanson came right out and handed the keys to us. Didn't know that Subaru had moved. I felt deceived by the salesman that greeted me when I asked for a specific person. Said he hasn't been there in a couple of years. It took quite a bit of time for him to finally tell me that the Subaru division had moved and the salesman had moved with the brand. I was looking to trade up and he was offering used Subaru?
