"Return Customer" This is my 5th BMW and once again I'm back to Habberstad BMW. The entire process was seamless. Lori worked around my busy schedule and found me the exact car I wanted. She is always so kind and makes the car buying experience a good one! The General Manager is fantastic and everyone in the dealership is always warm and welcoming. "Walking on easy street" From the moment I noticed my desired vehicle, the response from the dealership was quick, polite, and very welcoming. I made an appointment online and met with the sales person Dominic Lomardi, who held my hand through the entire purchase and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. This was the easiest car purchase I've made. Dominic was overly knowledgeable of car and offered me excellent service from start to finish and through to a three week follow up after purchase.

"Wonderful experience! " Jose was wonderful from beginning to end. An absolute gentleman. He was very accommodating with all our needs and requests and made the process a breeze. He even drove our car to Connecticut because we were not available to pick it up. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Jose. He is kind and respectful and a genuinely nice individual. "Free from Chevy " I went into the dealership thinking I was stuck with my car but Melissa helped me get into a similar monthly plan and into a bmw. She was very kind and patiently listened to my issues with my old car and the terrible service I received at the old dealership. Melissa was able to get me out my old car and into a new X1.
