"I had the best experience with this dealership." This was the best experience I have had at any dealership. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best dealership I have ever been to. Vidal was really a great sales person and John his manager really helped to make the purchase a total awesome experience.

"Disappointment turns to Satisfaction " After initially being somewhat disappointed after my service appointment I have to say I am now quite happy. The issue stemmed not so much with service per se, but a disconnect in communication that I had with the Service and Sales team. "Great Car Experience" I have to say that this was one of the best experiences purchasing our new BMW Convertible;. There was no pressure, all questions were answered and we did not feel rushed. Steve took a lot of time showing us around and giving us information. Everyone at Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore have been great to work with. There are really nice people at this location. Wish all my previous purchases were this great.

"Best sales experience " I was on military leave and Carlos did an amazing job by making the sales process smooth for me. Carlos was very honest and displayed outstanding customer service.
