"Awesome experience, start to finish" The whole process of trading in my car for my new BMW was simple and easy. "Simple and easy" I went in to upgrade my 09 x5 and grab the new 2016. I walked in, sat down with Carlos and discussed exactly what i did and DID NOT need. Went for a test drive and within an hour I was all set to pick up my truck the next day!

"Great job Paul!" I had a great experience with Paul. He was patient, knowledgeable and accomodating. He got me a better deal then New Jersey, Brooklyn and Connecticut dealerships. Besides he helped me set up everything in my car before I left the dealership and kindly agreed to return my old car to a dealership.
