Whether its making room for my car on short notice, finding a loaner on even shorter notice, or turning the car around on time or earlier. He is also good at letting me know what has to be done, what should be done but can wait and how long it can wait. Very sensitive to my schedule and values my time on the same level as his own. A really good experience as usual.
