Outstanding and Epic. The Service Team was able to get me in before a road trip. They were also accommodating, when an inventor issue, required an extra day for the service to to completed. The loaner rocked !!!
Mario was wonderful to work with and very helpful. Even though we decided not to purchase the certified car we test drove, I would still recommend a friend or family member to look here for a vehicle. Mario also said he'll keep us in mind if they do get the exact car we are looking for.

I have been coming to BMW of Akron since the day in July 2023 when I bought my 2011 535xi. I did not purchase the car here but from the first time I showed up they put my car in their system. From day one they have kept me informed of what needed fixed on the car and what the priorities should be. Friendly, courteous, and customer focused.
