My husband and I always get 5 start + at Nick Alexander!!!
Been to this dealership 3 times over the last 2 years and I have never once gotten a competitive quote from them. The staff is actually very helpful but the prices are a deal that you can get anywhere. If Nick "can't say no," then how have I not bought a car from him yet? Had a deal in writing from a competitor and the dealership clearly said "NO!" Might be time to rethink the slogan.
This place is amazing! Marco and Mike are very nice and knowledgeable about BMW's. If you're in the market for a Beemer, you have to check this place out!
Service rep didn't take time to explain some things, felt rushed. Tried to explain I wanted certain services done for my records whether they needed to be done or not. Purchased BMW from non authorized dealer..anywho I won't return. Got treated like a queen at Long Beach BMW
I recently purchased a BMW lease return. This is my 2nd BMW vehicle. I have called numerous times in regards to Sirius Radio subscription. Nick (can say no-opposite of TV ads). When I purchased my first BMW I received one year of Sirius radio, however Nick is only granting me 3 months. This is poor customer service
