Stress free, pleasant I found this dealership to be very friendly, accomidating, very fair. No pressure what’s so ever.. the dealership was spotless and had the smell of a high end hotel ... the staff are all wonderful. And make you feel very welcome .. Ben is on my speed dial and always is very sweet, and most accommodating .. very pleasant man..
good experience buying a car! We did a lot of research before we buy this new X1. The price from BMW of Cape Cod is the best. Joe was very nice, patient, and easy to work with. He answered all our questions through emails and phone since this is the first time we are buying car from out of state. When we drove 3 hours to see our new car at the next day. Brandon walked through all the features in the car with us, very clear and professional. We enjoy our new car!

Great Service all around! We had a very pleasing experience with BMW of Cape Cod recently when we purchased a BMW X3. James Carbonell was so knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. He has great knowledge of his products and his customer service skills are excellent. He really listened to us in regards to what we were looking for and we are very pleased. Jake was also excellent orienting me to the technical aspects of my new car. All in all, it was a very relaxing and exciting experience.
An enjoyable (!) car buying experience We did a ton of research before purchasing my BMW x5 and found that BMW of Cape Cod had the best prices by far. That made us drive 2+ hours from New Hampshire to test drive some SUVs. I test drove at least 6 SUVs that day; Tim was super helpful, patient, and gracious. The price was right and transparent. We will look first at this dealer for our future car purchases.
