Brad in the fleet and internet sales department is AMAZING. He is honest and FAST. We were given the biggest run around at other dealerships prior to arriving at BMW. We were given the best deal for the best car out of everything else we saw! Frank the new GM is also amazing. Their showroom is full of custom amazing cars - very fun to see! Chris Hapner in service takes excellent care of me! I will never go anywhere else.

I am writing as an observer since it was my partner who leased a 2017 X-3 from them this week. Mike Pope was the sales advisor and he was very easy to deal with. We came in about a month ago to look for a new car since the existing lease was expiring in May. There was nothing on the lot that interested us, so Mike arranged to have the car built to my partner's specifications. The car arrived two weeks ahead of schedule and we were able to drive it off the lot yesterday.
