Quality Vehicle After a lot of research on new vehicles, we narrowed it down to three makes to consider. We started with the BMW. Miss Haley Rose was our sales rep and after hours of inspection, questions, test drive and more we never even considered the other two makes. The quality of the X1 BMW from its amenities to its awesome driving performance, to the impressive warranty, and professional sales and service staff was a sell. Miss Rose's enthusiasm and pleasant knowledge was appreciated.

No pressure, full of knowledge! Halie Rose was my Seles rep at BMW of Springfield. She and the other sales support staff ( James Trimble & Jim Bennett) were patient and guided me through the decision & closing process. I never felt pressured or intimidated. She was knowledgeable and great to deal with. Great selection of car brands that enabled to help narrow my choice to my BMW!

Professional and accommodating. My car advisor Marc delafuente was more than helpful when it came to finding a good fit for me and making the deal happen. The dealership welcomed me in the door every time with water and immediate attention (water was nice because it has been 80-90+ degrees every time I've been up there). My only upset was the length of time it is taking for me to get the purchased vehicle, but I don't put that on the dealership because they had recently gotten it in on trade and it had some damage to it so s... read more

BMW Buying Experience My husband and I have bought two vehicles from Marc. He has always been very helpful and we enjoy dealing with him ! We came in for service on our new Audi and ended up buying a new BMW 550 from Marc !
