unknown The crew showed up on time at approximately 8:30am and worked steadily all day leaving at approximately 7:30pm. The removed 3 sliding glass doors, one of which was very large. They installed impact sliders in all 3 openings. The installation went very smoothly and the crew was detailed and thorough. The stucco repair was very minimal and the work was exceptional. There was very little touchup painting to do afterward. This was just a spectacular job! Thanks you for such beautiful doors installed to perfection!

Would highly recommend them. I received three quotes. BNT was the lowest bidder. They were also very punctual, efficient and highly organized. After talking with three different vendors I selected BNT based on the Angie's list comments and their price. Tom answered all my email questions quickly. The PGT windows were delivered when stated. A crew of six showed up and quickly went to work. Two men covered everything with plastic moving items as necessary. Another crew began to take out the windows. Excellent workmanship |and excellent product. But |their window supplier was |very late shipping the hurricane windows, thus |delaying installation to 60 |days. I purchased the Big Deal for $1,350 for Three Windows Including Professional Installation.

They were wonderful, but there were some issues. They took the blinds down and then when they put in new windows, it made it smaller, so the blinds didn't fit. And they would hang them up anyway. So this is issues that you have to do with them. You have to get the blinds hung back when they take them down and you have to get the outside of the windows painted. Because when they put the new stuff in, it is all grey, so you have to get a painter out there. And I don't know that it is their fault, but these are things I wasn't ... read more

I spoke with sales rep and he said you briefly discussed the options for reducing heat, so I just instructed him to ALWAYS do our job and make sure we help solve all the problems that New Windows & Doors can fix. Sorry about the Painting that was needed after we removed the shutters & did some stucco work. We reinstall the blinds 99% of the time. yours were not able to go back up properly.
We are deciding if we're going to go ahead with the quote. A salesman came to the house to give us a quote.
