This company is nothing but a joke, once you sign the contract. We used them for a construction loan to build on our property and you would think that they would have a certain level of interest. However, the lack of communication they have with the borrower it stinks of carelessness. We have made countless efforts to communicate and address issues along the build process and literally they have no care or compassion.
