My family has been going to Boain since before it was Boain. It was with Dr. Pflueger, who eventually retired and sold his business to Dr Boain. Multiple people in our family has kept this group as our dentists for over 60 years. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way that their office doesn’t care about your loyalty to them. They very recently put in place a policy that you’ll be charged $50 for a missed appointment unless you call. I can understand somewhat needing to do that. If this was 6 months ago I would have suggested this place but after being worked over very roughly and very painfully by the dentist who worked on me, her breaking my tooth, me being blamed for the break,(tooth decay or not that tooth wouldn’t have snapped that easily unless to much force was applied) and now being charged to fix that very same tooth. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE! Not only are the people in the front rude as ever! They end up charging you extra on anything u get done after you already paid in full before u left there and send out a bill that not only u don’t know anything about, but neither do they! Smh make sure always to check what ur getting done and the price because they will say u owe them money on something u already paid for!

Staff was welcoming and friendly!! Dental Hygienist (Jennifer) was super caring and friendly. Dr. Lorenz explained everything and gave solutions. Great experience for my first visit.
