I was given a quote for insulation and air sealing. When workers came to do job they informed me they couldn't do what the salesman quoted for. I would not accept a job half done so I told them not to do anything. The man who did the estimate never even went to the basement to see the issue. But charged me 2 hrs for that repair area. He is not a good representation of Boak and sons. At this point I would not recommend them.
