Verified Renter Move out cleaning charges are very high even if we give the apartment is cleaning. Management is charging it. amenities are not well maintained and increased the prices

Verified Renter Management is very rude. Club home doesn't have any refreshments refil it will be always empty. Work place printer never works. Gym A/C is not working

Verified Renter Great location, nice amenities. Propery management and tenants could do a better job at keeping the premises cleaner (verry infrequent power washing and people do not do not pick up after their dogs)

Verified Renter Overall this is a very nice property. The management changes a lot which changes the culture of the community. The community lacks in creativity and consistency with activities and challenges. Maintenance has improved a great deal. The facilities are nice (gym, community rooms, and pool area) . Though we haven’t had any new pool Furniture since 2020. The headrest etc, doesn’t appear to have been cleaned . The location is great and units are pretty well designed .

Verified Renter We are glad that we moved here. Its quite, the walking track and lake view is definitely a positive thing. The night view is very vibrant. The staff is friendly. The problem is they don't provide maintenance on the weekends if its kind of emergency.
