Verified Renter No EV chargers in community. Trash charges are very high compared to other community and HOV cost is also added. Management has changed after that the maintenance cost is going higher and higher every year.

Verified Renter Maintenance responds in a timely manner and staff is responsive. Could use some improvement of grounds cleanliness. Also, could use slightly more frequent power washing. Otherwise, I would reccomend this community.

Verified Renter Overall this is a great community, the area is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s in a great location. Valet trash could be better, they do a lot of checks inside apartments which is weird but they do send emails about it.
