I placed an order for an annual service kit for my boat and noticed after a few days that it still hadn't shipped. I sent a message to customer service and immediately received a reply that my order was waiting for one item which was arriving that day and as soon as it came in they would expedite shipping. My order arrived via FedEx home 2 days later. Excellent communication and great prices. I will order from Boat Max Online next year.
