First mistake was sending my parts with USPS, long story short, USPS dropped the ball and had my sh!t bouncing all over the globe, I filed a claim with BoatMax and left a voicemail. That was on Saturday, Monday I got a phone call, don’t recall his name but he explained that they were taking their shipping business to UPS and they shipped a replacement out that day!
