I am so pleased to contacted Bob Bless and his Mortgage company. Bob and Ali Rodriguez helped me get my mortgage with a great rate. The application was smooth and easy, at the closing they solved what ever little problems we encountered and I am for ever grateful to them.
Did great on high management level. But handling paper work was really poor. Loan assistant personnel seems to be overwhelmed with so much loads of work therefore neglecting important and time sensitive stuff. Bob did a good job on stepping in when someone drops the ball and try to fix lapses
