Bob Bless at Peoples Home Equity was recommended to me by my realtor. It has been a pleasure to work with him and his staff throughout the entire process. They were always on top of things and were sure to get in touch with me to keep things moving. Bob made sure to watch the market to get me the best possible rate. His team is very professional and prompt.

Bob and his staff are great to work with. He always answered our calls and had no problem meeting with us and answering all questions we had. We closed on the our house and got the loan without any problems.Great work Bob !Would do business with Bob in the future. Recommended.

Bob was very helpful during our loan application process. He was fast and always very responsive. We were able to close on our home less than 2 months after we started the process.

Working with Bob Bless is easy. In a process that is filled with details, multiple disclosures and requirements in order to get approved for a loan Bob made it very easy to understand and to got us to closing with the best deal. I went to and left closing not having any questions or concerns not did I feel like I got a bad deal. Far too often people choose and get stuck with the wrong agent/lender and pay for it with time, money and frustration. I am happy to say I was not one of those people this time because I used him.
