No five star dealership ...10 stars !!! The reason I am writing this review is because this is by far the best dealership in town. My experience here was awesome. I am a young buyer age 25 and my dad and I came here about a week ago to look at cars because of the lack of success from being able to go to the auto show due to the large crowds. Service work for my 2013 Fusion Kurt (Service Rep) provided excellent customer service. He personally took care of my repair issue...applied applicable discounts...and personally followed up on a part that was ordered. He is truly an asset to Gillingham.
