Bob is great to work with. Honest, knowledgeable and efficient. His staff is always on top of what is happening. We also worked with him in 1996. Both times we have been buying homes.

Bob helped us in every way you can imagine when listing and selling our home. He was always in contact and has a great team that helps also. He even provided us boxes for our move and had them delivered to our door! He is friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction!

Bob helped in several ways to sell our in-laws home in Ivins, Utah. Bob's team was quick to respond to my first call and setting up an introduction meeting with the family. If we could give Bob Richards more than 5 stars we would! We can't imagine having a better home sale experience. His knowledge, abilities & consistency impressed us from beginning to closing. We enjoyed our weekly phone chat appointments to keep us up to date. Often times after a chat, my husband & I would turn to each other & say, "He's amazing"!
