Had an excellent experience at the car lot. Salesman, Brandon Rhyne, was a big helped and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He was very helpful finding me a new car for my family. During my recent trip to Bob Tyler to look at new Toyota Trucks Stacy Conley took his time to tell me the right truck that I needed for work. Without pressuring me into purchasing I felt like this dealer has an asset such as Stacy for there Sales Dept and will purchase the Truck we looked at. I recommend anyone to take there time and make a trip to see there inventory and ask for Stacy Conley upon purchasing a new vehicle!! Great Staff and Knowledgeable Car Dealership!
Elisa was fantastic. She was so patient and spent hours with us on a Sunday making sure we were truly happy with our decision. We never felt pressured or pushed towards anything we didn’t really want. And in the end we unexpectedly left with a new/used car that I’m in love with. Then we came back 2 days later to finalize some details that couldn’t be finished on Sunday night and she continued to help make sure all went smoothly and our car was taken care of, even after the purchase was done.
